Account Executive

About the Role
As an Account Executive at Faqtic, you will be the driving force behind acquiring new clients and closing deals for Factorial. Your responsibilities include running discovery meetings with prospects, delivering engaging product demos, and managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure. You will also proactively identify and develop new business opportunities to expand our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- • Conduct discovery calls and demos to understand client needs and showcase Factorial's value.
- • Manage the entire sales process, from lead qualification to closing contracts.
- • Develop and execute creative account strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- • Build and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers, including C-Suite and VP-level executives.
- • Collaborate closely with internal teams (SDRs, Product, Marketing, Customer Experience) to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- • Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates to leadership.
- • Ensure smooth handover of new clients to the implementation and support teams.
What We're Looking For:
- • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably SaaS or HR software.
- • Strong consultative selling skills and ability to tailor presentations to client needs.
- • Confident communicator, comfortable negotiating with senior executives.
- • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
- • Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
- • Experience with Factorial is a big plus.
