Are the templates really free?

Yes. Each template is a free download. We ask for a work email address so we can send the file, and nothing else is required.

What format are the templates in?

Most are spreadsheets or documents you can edit immediately, built to be used as they are rather than as an example to rebuild.

Do I need Factorial to use them?

No. They work on their own. They are also a useful starting point for defining the policies and workflows we would later configure inside Factorial.

Can we adapt them for our own business?

Yes, that is the intention. Adjust the fields, policies and wording to match how your business actually works.
