For AI agents and developers
Request a Faqtic proposal through an AI agent
Faqtic is an HR technology partner for growing European businesses, typically 15 to 800 employees, in the United Kingdom, Ireland, the Netherlands and across Europe. We help companies choose, implement and keep improving Factorial. This page explains how an AI assistant can learn about us and send a proposal request on behalf of a person.
Publishing these resources does not guarantee that any assistant will find or use them.
What we offer
- Help choosing the right HR setup before you commit
- Factorial implementation and data migration
- Training and adoption for HR, managers and employees
- Ongoing support and optimisation after go-live
Prices start from £8 (€10) per employee per month. See pricing or the machine-readable pricing.md.
How a proposal request works
- The person asks their assistant to request a proposal from Faqtic.
- The assistant sends the request through the API or the MCP tool
submit_proposal_request. - It receives a reference id and a private status token.
- The contact receives an email and confirms the request.
- A Faqtic specialist replies, usually within one working day.
We do not create binding quotes, contracts or purchases through this process.

Consent and confirmation
The assistant must only submit a request when the named contact asked it to, and must set user_authorisation_declared to true. We do not treat that declaration as proof of consent: every request stays unconfirmed until the contact clicks the link in our email. Unconfirmed requests are deleted after 30 days.

Send an Idempotency-Key header so retries never create duplicates. Errors return a JSON error object with a code, message and field details. Requests are rate limited (429 with Retry-After). Check status with GET https://erzbmzxtdjinuivizctx.supabase.co/functions/v1/proposal-requests?id=FQ-... and the header X-Status-Token.
