About the Role
As an Account Manager and Implementation Specialist at Faqtic, you will be the trusted partner for new clients adopting Factorial. You will lead the onboarding and implementation process, ensuring clients are fully supported and confident using the platform. Your role also includes ongoing client engagement to maximize satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- • Manage the end-to-end implementation of Factorial for new clients.
- • Provide dedicated support and training to clients, addressing their needs promptly.
- • Build strong, long-term relationships through regular communication and personalized service.
- • Educate clients on new features and best practices to maximize their success.
- • Collaborate with internal teams to relay client feedback and improve processes.
- • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- • Maintain detailed records and use CRM tools effectively.
What We're Looking For:
- • Experience in customer success, account management, or client support roles.
- • Passion for simplifying processes and delivering exceptional client experiences.
- • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
- • Strong communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus.
- • Comfortable using CRM and support tools; proactive in client outreach.
- • Positive, ambitious team player ready to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- • Experience with Factorial is a big plus.
